I think you're right about the similarity between english and chinese ancient language when it comes to verses or poems. I sometimes feel modern chinese is less powerful in expression, less neat and tend to be prolix ! p8 ]* y+ _+ A& F0 ]* B6 \ ( o `% j/ J, L* v9 nand I like the idea of yours that we communicate more here : [/ V- d i- x. v2 @& B
